·         Adjusts rosters to include all player movements resulting from trades, drafts, and cuts

·         Tracks lists of all uncarded players and cuts

·         Receives all f-files and updates all c-files, including playball and results c-files

Trade Master

Erik Nelson

·         Receives trade confirmations from managers and publishes trade reports to the league

·         Updates draft order changes resulting from trades

Draft Master

Erik Nelson

·         Manages all three seasonal drafts, including:

1. Pre-season rookie/free-agent draft
2. Pre-season waiver claim draft
3. Mid-season waiver wire draft

·         Receives all “short-lists” from managers

·         Updates draft grid with all player selections

Historian

Dave Ziemann

·         Tracks/updates all league, team, and individual records

·         Maintains complete history on official Mudville website (www.mudvilleconfederacy.com)

·         Updates league history article on league website on an “as-needed” basis, but no less than once per year (prior to the start of each new season)

Treasurer

Dave Ziemann

·         Receives/maintains all dues from league managers

·         Provides annual updates to all managers regarding balance and utilization of funds

Charter and Proposals

Kevin Friel

·         Collects all proposal submissions from managers at any time during the year

·         Creates voting polls, and compiles/publicizes votes

·         Updates and posts completed charter before deadline

All-Star Game Admin

Ron Bates

·         Publishes lists of eligible/nominated players

·         Creates voting polls

·         Compiles/publicizes votes

NOTE:  (Co-commissioners will select the manager for the All-Star Game if the previous season World Series winner doesn’t accept the opportunity to manage it)

League Award Monitor

·         Publishes lists of all nominated players

·         Creates voting polls

·         Compiles and publicizes votes
